About: This Workshop is built to help you understand the challenges and benefits of working with people. You will learn how to design and put together working groups and convert them into meaningful teams. You will receive information on how to form, develop, and align your teams for maximum performance and synergy. You will be able to create ground rules and learn the psychological aspect of team membership and member interaction. You will set realistic goals and tap onto available resources to cultivate and motivate your team. You will not find here unrelated team building exercises, but practical applications of team working activities throughout discussions of real case scenarios using HSE as a platform. These team exercises, through role-playing and hands-on activities, will enable you to practice and improve team interactions, identify and dissect common team obstacles such as lack of commitment and build criteria on how to increase productivity, reduce stress and have fun. Expect to play different role in a variety of scenarios
