About: This Workshop will equip you with detailed information and resources to safely manage contractors and suppliers. You will understand the impact that contracted companies have on your operations including the nature of risks introduced on your company. You will learn to use and synergize HSE Management Systems focused on contractor companies. You will know how to select and audit contractors; how to define client/contractor agreements, how to supervise their operations, how to monitor, keep track and review a contractor’s performance and how to implement improvements.
