About:  In this Workshop you will find the impact of human error as the main causal factor of accidents and incidents in the workplace regardless of the type of industry. You will learn to identify, diagnosis and deal with the different types of human errors and causality. You will know the tools required in the work environment to evaluate the variability in employees’ behavior, followed by techniques and methods used to induce changes and reduce human errors. You will relate the variability in people’s behavior to a cognitive and an executive point of view.
