About: In this Workshop you will understand why Safety should not be indifferent to Managers, both for ethical and economic reasons. You will be able to find the gap between Safety objectives and Performance results and draw improvement guidelines. You will know the components and how to build a practical and effective HSE Management System. You will discover how to design and use dashboards to determine the effectiveness of HSE and the tools for monitoring and measuring processes related to Standards: You will learn how to build the environment to facilitate the creation of a preventive Safety culture and the balance between the formal assigned commanding role and the ability to influence individual. You will work building the required HSE expectations as a Manager in any position. You will be introduced to tools for recognizing personalities and communication styles.
